Humble, TX (March 28, 2019) – Around 7:30 a.m. Thursday, March 28, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a collision involving a small child.
The incident occurred in the 15000 block of Sierra Sunset Drive near Woodlands Hills Drive in a neighborhood near Humble ISD elementary school. According to reports, the 9-year-old child was walking to Ridge Creek Elementary when she was struck by a vehicle.
The girl was rushed to Texas Children’s Hospital for treatment. The girl was conscious and breathing during transportation, but the extent of injuries is unknown at this time.
