Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Recent statistics are showing that the number of pedestrian fatalities in Texas increased by 12 percent from 2017 to 2018. Unfortunately, the reason so many pedestrians are losing their lives is due to driver’s error, which often includes using a phone while driving, speeding, violating traffic laws, or driving while impaired. When drivers engage in distracting behavior, they constantly put pedestrians at risk of being harmed or losing their lives.
