Culberson County, TX (April 14, 2019) On the morning of April 13th, a fatal multi-vehicle crash happened on Highway 62/180 at around 10:30 a.m. Reports indicate that a man named Jose Torres was operating a pickup truck on the highway when he ended up in the opposite lane and crashed into a minivan.

When emergency crews got to the crash site, they found the passengers of the minivan, 39-year-old Margarita Garcia, 19-year-old Jorge Garcia, and 1-year-old Kamila Juarez, dead at the scene.
