El Paso, TX (April 16, 2019) – On Sunday, around 4:38 a.m., police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on Interstate 10 East.

According to police, 29-year-old Martin Medel was traveling down I-10 East in a Chrysler Town and Country when he struck 18-year-old Isaiah David Infante, who was crossing the roadway near Yarbrough.

Infante was pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision.
