Austin, TX – Elvira Cadena Trujillo Killed In Crash On FM 973
Austin, TX (April 24, 2019) – On April 18, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a collision on FM 973 near the intersection of Pearce Lane.
According to reports, a driver in a Chevrolet truck ran a red light at the intersection and struck a 2001 white Hyundai Elantra, which was attempting to make a left turn on to FM 973.
The driver of the Hyundai, who was later identified as 77-year-old Elvira Cadena Trujillo, was transported to South Austin Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
