Smith County, TX – One Killed In Crash On Toll 49
Smith County, TX (May 8, 2019) – On May 8, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a collision at the intersection of Toll 49 and County Road 46.
According to reports, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons. One person involved in the collision sustained fatal injuries.
DPS troopers arrived at the scene of the incident where they pronounced the individual deceased.
An investigation surrounding the cause of the incident remains underway at this time by DPS.
