Houston, TX – Off-Duty Officer Injured In Crash On Richmond Ave & Post Oak Blvd
Houston, TX (May 20, 2019) – On May 19, Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident in the intersection of Richmond Avenue and Post Oak Boulevard.
According to reports, an off-duty officer was directing traffic in the Galleria area when he was struck by a vehicle.
The officer sustained some injuries in the collision and was transported to Southwest Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.
The incident remains under investigation at this time. The injured officer, who has not been identified, is reportedly in good condition at this time and expected to make a full recovery.
