Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

In 2015, almost 600 people lost their lives in pedestrian accidents in Texas according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Because pedestrians are not protected from the impact and weight of fast-traveling vehicles, they’re highly susceptible to sustaining major injuries. Sometimes injuries can be catastrophic or fatal depending on the severity of the crash. Negligence is often the cause of most pedestrian accidents, which is why it’s very important for injured victims to file personal injury lawsuits with the help of an experienced Texas personal injury lawyer.

At Benton Law Firm, we successfully help numerous injured pedestrians file and win their personal injury lawsuits each year. We take pride in holding negligent parties responsible for all of the damages and losses they’ve produced as a result of their negligent driving. If you or a loved one was hurt in a pedestrian accident, call our office today for a free consultation at 214-219-4878. Our Texas personal injury lawyers are eager to help you.
