Tyler, TX (May 27, 2019) – On May 27, at approximately 4:50 a.m., Tyler police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at Chandler Highway near Loop 323.
According to reports, a pedestrian was struck in the roadway by a motor vehicle after walking into oncoming traffic. The victim was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The driver of the car was uninjured in the collision.
