Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
The reason thousands of pedestrian accidents continuously occur in Texas annually is because of driver’s inattention, drivers not following speed limits, drivers being drunk of the road, drivers on their cell phones, and drivers who can’t keep their eyes open. All of these are examples of negligent driving and are the primary reasons why pedestrians sustain severe, catastrophic, or even fatal injuries. A fast-moving vehicle almost always seriously harms a pedestrian, leaving them with injuries that could require a long time to heal properly.
At Benton Law Firm, we know how much pedestrians suffer physically, emotionally, and mentally after being hit by a car. We don’t think they should also suffer financially for an accident they weren’t responsible for causing. We have assisted numerous pedestrians with their personal injury lawsuits and plan to continue helping countless more gain justice. If you or someone you love was hit by a car, call our office at 214-219-4878.
