Van Alstyne, TX – Injuries Reported In Highway 75 Collision Near FM 121
Van Alstyne, TX (June 17, 2019) – Just before midnight, on June 16, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 75 near the intersection of Farm to Market Road 121.
Reports from the incident indicate that a head-on collision occurred along the roadway. Both vehicles involved in the collision sustained major damage.
One person injured in the collision was transported via air ambulance to an area hospital for medical treatment. Two other victims injured in the collision were transported via ambulance to area hospitals following the collision.
At this time, the cause of the incident remains under investigation.
