Hopkins County, TX – Man Injured In Collision With Train On County Road 4719
Hopkins County, TX (June 18, 2019) – At approximately 10:30 a.m., on June 18, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at the railroad crossing on County Road 7419.
According to reports, a male was traveling along the roadway in a black pickup truck when his vehicle was struck by a train. The impact of the collision forced the truck off the roadway.
The male driver of the truck sustained injuries in the collision and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
