Manor, TX – Two Vehicle Crash On US 290 Results In Injuries
Manor, TX (June 19, 2019) – At approximately 9:20 p.m. on June 18, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the eastbound lanes of US Highway 290 near Farm to Market Road 973.
Reports from the Texas Department Of Public Safety indicate a U-Haul truck collided with an 18-wheeler along the roadway. The collision resulted in extensive damage, which crews worked on extensively to clear and reopen the road for oncoming traffic.
A woman involved in the collision sustained critical injuries and was airlifted from the scene to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
