Plainview, TX – Man Injured In Pedestrian Collision On West Fifth Street
Plainview, TX (June 20, 2019) – At approximately 3:15 a.m. on June 15, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 600 block of West Fifth Street.
According to reports, a male pedestrian was in the roadway when he was struck by a blue Audi. The driver involved in the collision fled the scene of the incident before authorities arrived.
The victim sustained critical injuries in the collision and was transported to University Medical Center for treatment immediately following the incident.
At this time, the cause of the incident remains under investigation by the Plainview Police Department.
