Falls County, TX – 2 Injured in Big Rig Accident on Hwy 6
Falls County, TX (June 22, 2019) On the evening of June 21st, a big rig accident happened on Highway 6. A big rig was parked in the shoulder of FM 1373 as the driver made a phone call when another big rig crashed into it. Upon impact, both of the trucks caught on fire and diesel leaked into the road.
When the paramedics and Rosebud Volunteer Fire Department arrived, they were able to assist the two drivers and rushed them to the nearest hospital via ground ambulance for treatment.
Various crews assisted at the scene, including Department of Public Safety troopers, Falls County Sheriff’s Office officials, and more.
Crews are still investigating the accident to determine causation.
