Workplace Accidents in Texas
In 2014, about 150 workers died everyday nationwide due to hazardous working conditions. Every establishment that hires workers is responsible for ensuring they provide a safe workspace for employees to complete their tasks and put their best efforts forward as they partake in their work. When employers allow employees to work with hazardous or faulty products without properly inspecting them, they are disregarding their employees’ safety and can be sued.
