San Antonio, TX – Gerardo Martinez Ortiz Killed In Collision On I-10
San Antonio, TX (June 25, 2019) – On the evening on June 24, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 10.
According to reports, a white Chevrolet Silverado was traveling along the north side of Interstate 10 when the driver slowed his vehicle for traffic. At around 7:26 p.m., a semi-truck came from behind the pickup and crashed into the rear-end.
The driver of the pickup truck, who was identified as 51-year-old Gerardo Martinez Ortiz, sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
