El Paso, TX – Roy Charles Stolz Killed In Pool Accident At Hallmark Apartments
El Paso, TX (June 28, 2019) – On June 27, police and emergency crews were called to the scene of an incident at the Hallmark Apartments located at 1620 Mescalero Drive.
Reports from authorities indicate that one of the apartment complex’s residence, 50-year-old Roy Charles Stolz, was swimming in the pool at the complex with guests when they were shocked by the pool lights turning on.
Stolz appeared to have undergone distress before falling unresponsive.
Authorities arrived at the scene and performed CPR on Stolz as he was transported to an area hospital. Unfortunately, authorities confirm that Stolz succumbed to his injuries.
