Andrews County, TX – David Mendiola Jr. Killed In Collision On SH-115
Andrews County, TX (July 1, 2019) – On June 29, just before 5 a.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on State Highway 115.
According to reports, 20-year-old David Mendiola Jr was traveling down State Highway 115, when his vehicle crossed over the center lines and struck a semi-truck partially head-on.
Mendiola sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
The driver of the semi-truck sustained minor injuries in the collision.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
