Bicycle Accidents in Texas
Cyclists are at an inherent disadvantage when attempting to share the road with larger vehicles.
Nearly 60 percent of these accidents involve someone under the age of 25, and over half of them happen under the cover of darkness.
When a cyclist is injured in a car crash, they are likely to sustain severe damages.
Obviously, cars are much larger and heavier than bicycles, and cyclists have little means of protection.
In some cases, victims can partner with a skilled bicycle accident lawyer in Texas in order to recover lost financial compensation resulting from the crash.
The team of Texas personal injury lawyers at the Benton Law Firm have experience helping cyclists recover multi-million dollar settlements after being injured by a reckless driver.
