San Antonio, TX – Teenager Killed & 3 Injured On TX-1604 Loop
San Antonio, TX (July 5, 2019) – There was an accident reported that took the life of a 15-year-old boy and injured three others on Thursday morning, July 4th. The crash happened around 7:56 a.m. at 4200 TX-1604 Loop.
The accident involved a vehicle that lost control and crashed into a pole on the city’s far West Side.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that the 15-year-old boy was killed on impact.
The vehicle involved was a Chevrolet Cobalt that lost control near TX-151.
Authorities state that the vehicle struck a cable barrier and then a concrete pillar, coming to rest on the roadway’s median.
The driver of the car and two other women were transported to University Hospital. One woman reportedly had life-threatening injuries.
The crash is currently under investigation.
