Abilene, TX – Wrong-Way Car Accident Injures Five on Loop 322
Abilene, TX (July 7, 2019) – A wrong-way car accident on Loop 322 in Abilene sent five people to the hospital on Sunday.
According to police, the driver of a blue Hyundai was headed north in the southbound lanes when it hit an SUV head-on near Highway 36, around 5:25 p.m.
Two adults and two children in the SUV were transported to the hospital in critical condition, with paramedics performing CPR on the male driver of the SUV en route.
One person in the Hyundai was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
