Houston, TX – Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Crash At 14700 Hiram Clarke Rd

Houston, TX (July 10, 2019) – Police reports confirm that a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in southwest Houston. The incident took place at around 11:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8th, at the 14700 block of Hiram Clarke Rd. 

Authorities state that man was killed while crossing the road when he was hit by a vehicle traveling north. 

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released. 

The involved driver remained at the crash and cooperated with officials. It is not believed that intoxication was a factor. 

An investigation into the incident is underway.
