Midland, TX (July 9, 2019) – A car crash on Tuesday, July 9th, resulted in a man being taken to a local medical facility for treatment. The collision took place on S. Big Spring St. at W. California Ave in Midland.
Midland police officials arrived at the scene of the crash around 12:15 p.m.
Initial reports claim that the driver of a GMC pickup traveling north on Big Spring St. struck a man who was walking east on the roadway. The pedestrian that was hit was not using a crosswalk at the time of the incident.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital for immediate treatment of his injuries.
