Randall County, TX – Two-Vehicle Accident Kills Lindsay Joffrian & Injures Eduardo Estrella On FM 1151
Randall County, TX (July 9, 2019) – The Texas Department of Public Safety has reported that a woman was killed and a man injured in a two-vehicle accident that took place late Monday evening, July 8th. The crash happened on FM 1151 at around 6:40 p.m. in Randall County, just 8 miles south of Amarillo.
31-year-old Lindsay Joffrian of Canyon was traveling westbound on FM 1151 in a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic while 22-year-old Eduardo Estrella of Amarillo was driving east in a 2019 Nissan Titan.
Witnesses at the scene claim that Joffrian had crossed the center line numerous times, almost hitting other vehicles, leading up to the crash. Joffrian clipped the front of Estrella’s pickup after veering into the eastbound lane.
Randall County Justice of the Peace pronounced Lindsay Joffrian dead at the scene.
Eduardo Estrella was transported to Northwest Texas Hospital for treatment of his injuries sustained in the accident.
The crash is currently under investigation.
