Corpus Christi, TX – Crash On S Padre Island Drive Results In Injuries
Corpus Christi, TX (July 11, 2019) – On July 10, just before 1:30 p.m., police and emergency crews in Corpus Christi responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 5400 block of South Padre Island Drive.
According to reports, multiple vehicles collided along the roadway near the exit for Staples Street.
Numerous paramedics responded to the scene to provide medical treatment and transportation to area hospitals for victims injured in the collision.
The incident resulted in an extensive traffic jam, backing up along State Highway 358.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
