Grapevine, TX – Patricia and Craig Nealy Killed in Car Accident on SH 114

Grapevine, TX (July 13, 2019) On the evening of July 12th, a fatal car accident happened on State Highway 114. A gray Hyundai Elantra rear-ended a black Mazda 3 at a traffic light. The accident happened at around 7:00 p.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the crash site, they found two passengers trapped inside of the Mazda. Grapevine firefighters had to extricate the two passengers but fortunately, the driver was able to safely escape the vehicle. All three occupants of the Mazda, along with the driver of the Hyundai, were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Sadly, the two occupants of the Mazda succumbed to their injuries at the hospital. They have been identified as 65-year-old Patricia Nealy and 62-year-old Craig Nealy.

Authorities are investigating to determine why the Hyundai rear-ended the Mazda.
