Lubbock, TX – 2 Injured in Motorcycle Accident on U.S. Hwy 68

Lubbock, TX (July 14, 2019) On the afternoon of July 13th, a motorcycle accident happened in the 900 block of U.S. Highway 68/62. A motorcycle and an SUV collided in the westbound lanes of the highway for unspecified reasons. The accident occurred at around 1:45 p.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the accident site, they found the motorcyclist and the driver of the SUV injured at the scene. They rushed both injured drivers to University Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

Authorities are currently investigating the crash to determine who will be held partially or fully liable for damages.
