Midland County, TX – Motorcyclist Critically Injured In Crash On Highway 80

Midland County, TX (July 16, 2019) – On July 16, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 80.

Reports from DPS and the Midland County Sheriff’s Office indicate that a motorcyclist and a semi-truck collided along Highway 80 near South County Road 1250.

The motorcycle went underneath the semi, causing serious injuries to the rider.

Reports from the family indicate that the victim was transported to an area hospital where he remains on life support and in critical condition.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
