Fort Bend County, TX – Update* Four Injured In Crash On Zamanek Road
Fort Bend County, TX (July 17, 2019) – On July 17, around 4 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Zamanek Road near FM 1994.
Reports from the incident show that an ambulance collided with a second vehicle along the roadway for unknown reasons. The impact of the collision caused both vehicles involved to roll over on to their roofs and come to rest on the side of the road.
Two paramedics and one patient inside the ambulance were all injured and transported to an area hospital.
A fourth victim, who was inside the second vehicle, had to be extricated before being airlifted to an area hospital.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
