Llano County, TX – Karen Rodgers Mykleby ID’d Drowning Victim In Lake LBJ

Llano County, TX (July 18, 2019) – On July 11, officials from the Texas Parks and Wildlife reported to the scene of a water-related incident off the FM 1431 bridge.

Crews from Texas Parks and Wildlife located the body of a deceased female in the water. The woman, who was wearing a water flotation device, was found a short distance from a personal watercraft.

Further investigations of the incident determined the victim to be 50-year-old Karen Rodgers Mykleby.

Texas Parks and Wildlife continue to investigate what lead to the water-related accident that resulted in the death of Ms. Rodgers Mykleby at this time.
