Marshall, TX – Marshall ISD Student Killed In Drowning Accident
Marshall, TX (July 22, 2019) – On July 19, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a drowning accident at the pool located in a Stephenville apartment complex.
Reports from the scene indicate that 16-year-old Ketrevion Carter was swimming in a pool at the apartment complex when he was found unresponsive just after 8:30 p.m.
Police and emergency crews attempted life-saving efforts before transporting Carter to Texas Health Resources Stephenville Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:30 p.m.
At this time, the incident is under investigation.
