Plano, TX – Woman Killed In President George Bush Turnpike Accident
Plano, TX (July 22, 2019) – A motor vehicle accident Sunday night July 21st on the President George Bush Turnpike required the presence of the Texas Department of Public Safety. Emergency crews responded around 9:15 p.m.
According to DPS, 28-year-old Amanda Ysasaga’s Nissan became disabled in the middle lane of the roadway. As she got out of her car to check on it, a Volvo SUV struck her and her Nissan.
Ysasaga sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
The driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
