Houston, TX – One Killed In Crash On Magnet Street
Houston, TX (July 26, 2019) – On July 24, the Houston Police Department and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Magnet Street.
According to reports, a man was traveling east on Magnet Street in a pickup truck when he suffered a medical episode. The male lost control of his vehicle before crashing into a fence. A pedestrian, who was standing near the fence, was also struck in the process.
The pedestrian was seriously injured and transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The driver of the truck was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
