San Antonio, TX – Octavio Bernal Killed In Crash On Bulverde Road
San Antonio, TX (July 26, 2019) – On July 23, the San Antonio Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 23100 block of Bulverde Road near the Johnson Highway.
According to reports, 42-year-old Octavio Bernal was speeding down the roadway in a black pickup truck when his vehicle went over the curb and crashed into a parked car.
Bernal was trapped inside his vehicle and had to be extricated. Once removed from the vehicle, crews pronounced him deceased from his injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
