Los Fresnos, TX – Two-Car Crash on Hwy 100 near Wingstop

Los Fresnos, TX (July 27, 2019) On the morning of July 27th, a two-car crash happened on Highway 100. A small silver SUV and a maroon sedan crashed into each other close to the 400 block of Ocean Boulevard, directly across the street from Wingstop. The impact of the crash caused the SUV to roll over and landed on its roof with the wheels in the air. The back of the sedan ended up crushed as a result.

When the paramedics, Los Fresnos Police, and Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene, they found both vehicles seriously damaged and immediately tended to everyone involved. Those who needed further care were taken to the closest hospitals for treatment.

The accident caused a backup on Highway 100.

Our thoughts are with everyone who was harmed in this collision.
