Temple, TX – Benjamin James Montrose ID’d as I-35 Crash Victim
Temple, TX (July 30, 2019) – On July 27, at approximately 9:25 p.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety reported to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Interstate 35 in Temple.
Reports from the scene indicate that two motorcycles and a sedan collided along the roadway near exit 304.
One victim involved in the crash, 22-year-old Benjamin James Montrose, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The second motorcyclist involved in the incident sustained serious non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center for treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
