San Antonio, TX – Carolina Villanueva Killed In Pedestrian Crash On Chicago Blvd
San Antonio, TX (August 2, 2019) – On July 8, emergency crews and the San Antonio Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on Chicago Boulevard.
According to reports, 62-year-old Carolina Villanueva was walking home from an area store with her adult son when she was struck by a motor vehicle in the roadway.
The vehicle, which was identified as a white car, fled the scene of the incident without stopping.
Villanueva was transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center where she later succumbed to her injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
