Lacy Lakeview, TX – Woman Injured In Crash On Faye St
Lacy Lakeview, TX (August 6, 2019) – On August 4, just after 5:30 p.m., Lacy Lakeview Police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of Faye Street.
According to reports, a woman was arguing with her brother in the area. The woman believed that her brother was under the influence of alcohol and she did not want him operating his vehicle. The woman attempted to stop the man from driving when he took off. The woman held onto the vehicle tightly before she was thrown off after traveling approximately two blocks down Faye Street.
The woman sustained serious laceration on various locations of her body and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
The brother, who was later identified as 29-year-old Jesse Mosqueda, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
