Lubbock County, TX – Crews Respond to Head-On Collision on U.S. Highway 87
Lubbock County, TX (August 10, 2019) On the evening of August 10th, a two-vehicle crash occurred at U.S. Highway 87 and Farm-to-Market Road 41. Two vehicles collided head-on at approximately 6:15 p.m. for reasons that are still being investigated.
When the paramedics, the Woodrow Volunteer Fire Department, and the Texas Department of Public Safety arrived, they found both of the vehicles seriously damaged. Those who sustained injuries were tended to immediately and then rushed to the closest hospital for further medical assistance.
Authorities are conducting a thorough investigation and will reveal more information after the facts have been finalized.
