Silsbee, TX – Crash At FM 92 and Ben D Smith Road Sends One To Hospital
Silsbee, TX (August 16, 2019) – On August 15 around 6:15 a.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident at Farm to Market Road 92 and Ben D. Smith Road.
Reports from the police state that the driver of a Corolla failed to yield the right of way at the intersection. As the vehicle passed through, it collided with a Geo Tracker, which was driven by 47-year-old Richard Valentine.
Valentine was transported via medical helicopter to St. Elizabeth Hospital in critical condition.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
