Austin, TX – UPDATE: Aamna Najam Killed In Collision On Mount Bonnell Rd
Austin, TX (August 19, 2019) – On August 17, at approximately 10:20 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Mount Bonnell Road.
According to reports, Cedric Benson was traveling west along Farm to Market Road 2222 on a BMW motorcycle when he collided with a 2014 Dodge Van at the intersection of Mount Bonnell Road.
Cedric Benson sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger on the motorcycle, who was identified as 27-year-old Aamna Najan, sustained fatal injuries in the collision as well and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
