San Antonio, TX – UPDATE: Kishana Lashee Mitchell Killed In Crash On Westshire Dr
San Antonio, TX (August 20, 2019) – At approximately 9:45 p.m., on August 17, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Westshire Drive.
According to reports from the San Antonio Police Department, an SUV was traveling along Westshire Drive when it collided with a car at the intersection of the access road of Loop 410. The impact of the collision sent the SUV across the roadway where it ended up on its side.
A passenger in the SUV was ejected during the roll. The ejected passenger and the driver of the SUV were both transported to area hospitals in critical conditions.
An individual inside the car was also transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
20-year-old Kishana Lashee Mitchell incurred fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At this time, crews are working to determine the cause of the incident as well as whether Ms. Mitchell was a driver or passenger in the vehicle.
