Houston, TX – Raye Wilson Killed In Collision On South Freeway

Houston, TX (August 26, 2019) – At approximately 10:30 p.m. on August 24, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the South Freeway.

According to reports, 31-year-old Raye Wilson was out riding a motorcycle with a friend, Kay Abbas, in celebration of a promotion she received at work.

As the two traveled through along the Freeway, they were struck by a Suburban or a Tahoe.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping.

Wilson was ejected from the motorcycle. She sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Abbas sustained a few scratches in the collision.

At this time, police are actively investigating the incident.
