Austin, TX – Teenager Killed in Pedestrian Accident on E Yager Ln

Austin, TX (October 2, 2019) – On September 28th, at approximately 10:11 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident in the 600 block of East Yager Ln.

According to reports, a 15-year-old male was crossing the roadway when he was struck by a Mazda in the westbound lane.

The driver of the Mazda remained at the scene and was cooperative with authorities.

The victim sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the Austin Police Department’s Vehicular Homicide Unit.
