Seguin, TX – Daniel Levario Killed in Pedestrian Accident on N Austin St

Seguin, TX (October 2, 2019) – At approximately 10 p.m. on October 1st, 49-year-old Daniel Levario was attempting to cross the railroad tracks near North Austin St near New Braunfels St when he was struck by a train.

Levario sustained fatal injuries in the accident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
