Abilene, TX – Woman Injured in Crash on South 27th St
Abilene, TX (October 4, 2019) – A crash Thursday on South 27th Stree send one victim to an area hospital for treatment.
Just before noon, on October 3rd, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on South 27th Street.
According to reports, a woman was traveling down the roadway in a car when her vehicle was struck on the driver’s side by an SUV near the intersection of Woodard Street.
The impact of the collision caused extensive damage to the woman’s car. The victim was trapped inside and had to be extricated by responding crews.
Once released, the woman was rushed to Hendrick hospital for immediate medical attention.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
