Car Accidents in Texas

Austin, TX - 5 Injured In 4-Car Collision On I-35Every year, thousands of car accidents happen throughout Texas due to negligence. Drivers often operate their vehicles while texting, checking emails, watching videos, and scrolling through social media. Because drivers feel comfortable behind the wheel, they believe they can multi-task. However, when drivers take their eyes off of the wheel and look down at their phones, they’re unable to see what other vehicles are doing around them. Distracted driving is how rear-end accidents occur, as well as T-bone and head-on collisions.

Injured victims may be entitled to receive compensation for their injuries if they were not at fault for causing the collision. However, it’s essential to follow up with an experienced personal injury attorney immediately after the collision. The longer injured victims wait, the less they may be eligible to receive.
