Irving, TX – 1 Killed & 2 Injured in Workplace Accident on N Wildwood Dr
Irving, TX (October 5, 2019) On the afternoon of October 4th, a fatal construction accident happened at the Frito Lay Plant in Irving. According to reports, two pieces of equipment fell onto one another, causing a few employees to fall. The accident happened at the 701 block of North Wildwood Drive.
When emergency crews arrived, they found at least one employee fatally injured at the scene. Two other employees sustained injuries and were rushed to nearby hospitals.
The fatal accident is currently under investigation by authorities. The company working at Frito Lay that day was Walker Engineering.
