Scooter Accidents in Texas
Scooter accidents often occur for the same reason pedestrian, bicycle, and motorcycle accidents occur: negligent driving. When drivers are focused on their phones or other objects instead of their surroundings, they risk accidentally striking people on scooters. Because people on scooters don’t wear protective gear, it’s easy for them to end up seriously injured after direct contact with a large vehicle.
At The Benton Law Firm, we have spent two decades helping countless clients recover full and fair compensation after being harmed by negligent drivers. If you or a loved one was hit by a vehicle while riding a scooter, we can help. Contact us today at (214) 219-4878 to set up a free consultation with one of our experienced personal injury lawyers.
